CROSSFIT For All Fitness Levels

CrossFit eliminates routine and challenges you each and every session to strive to be the best that YOU can be. It’s designed for universal scalability, it differs by degree NOT kind.  It is suitable for everyone, from mums and dads who want to run around with their kids, to grandparents looking to function well for ADL’s (Activities of Daily Living) or the firebreathers of their sport looking for athletic development.

Making it the perfect form of fitness for anyone committed to becoming the best version of themselves. CrossFit is great for developing a broad base of fitness. Rather than working muscles in isolation, CrossFit workouts involve the entire body, a method that gets results much quicker than traditional programs.

All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements and reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and much more.

Cardio

Become a lean machine, get fitter and more toned with a balance of weights and cardio. The CrossFit program will have you fitter, leaner, energised and pumped for the next session.

WEIGHT LOSS

Feel aerobically fitter so you can chase after you kids, tackle a fun run, a multi-sport event, or longer endurance events with confidence.  We use a combination of running, ski erg, row erg and assault bikes, perfect for those that want to increase their cardio and train hard.

STRENGTH

Across an array of functional movements, learn how to execute the various methods in strength training.  Understand the benefits it has on the body, particularly as we age.  Our program will have you moving better, stronger, more defined, and excited about training again.

Personal Training

One-on-one Training

Personal Training is one on one health and fitness private training. Primarily it is to motivate, educate and coach the client to achieving results and attaining their personal fitness goals. Each training session is designed specifically for the client and their fitness goals, which makes it so effective. 

With Personal Training there’s guidance and reassurance that you are performing the exercises with correct technique, without the risk of injury. If you’re wanting to refine your movements, brush up on some technique, struggling with mastering a highly skilled movement, or if maybe training in a more intimate setting is for you, whatever you’re looking for, we can help you.

Become A member

Our classes are undertaken in a small group setting, you’ll be taken through a warm-up, breakdown of the movements for the days class. During these sessions, you will be coached, critiqued, and educated. All of our coaches at CF Haapu practice what they preach.

Sports Specific Training Program

A SSPT  helps athletes and sports people to perform better in their chosen sport. This program enables one to improve in areas including endurance, power and strength. There are different programs in this kind of training and each is tailored to the athlete’s type of sport they participate in and individual needs.

Sport-specific training isn’t just for elite athletes. The more recreational or “weekend warrior” types can benefit from training programs designed for their respective sport. Runners, cyclists, Ironmen and recreational team players can train their bodies to endure physical stress for longer periods of time and recover faster, allowing them to set and reach successive goals instead of plateauing.

ADF/ EMERGENCY SERVICE READY TRAINING

Are you looking at joining the ADF, Police, or emergency services but don’t have the confidence and level of fitness to meet the prerequisite requirements prior to enlistment? This is the right type of training for you. 
These programs are tailored to the specific needs of each service, allowing you to progress your fitness, strength, skills and mental toughness required for your chosen service and making your Preliminary Fitness Assessment (PFA) achievable with breath to spare.
