Membership hold resquest

 Hold request form must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the commencement date.

Membership holds must be submitted via our online membership hold form.

Membership Cancellation resquest

There are no cancellation fees. Cancellations require 30 days notice and must be submitted via our online form.

Once a membership has been cancelled, any new memberships will be subject to price changes in accordance with the current membership rates.
