Why Join CF Haapu?
SUPPORTIVE COMMUNITY – We provide you a safe, fun, challenging, and community-focused environment for people of all fitness levels. CF HAAPU holds regular Saturday BBQ’s and social events, you will make life long friends at CF HAAPU.
FACILITIES/ LOCATION – We are located within a large and centrally located facility with excellent training and equipment.

Billing
Memberships are direct debited weekly (Monday) via Ezidebit. All members are required to keep an active credit/debit card on file to be used for membership payments.
Refunds
Payments will not be refunded if already processed. Memberships are non- transferrable.
Membership holds
- Hold request form must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the commencement date.
- Membership holds must be submitted via our online membership hold form.
- Membership holds cannot be submitted as well as a full cancellation to void any part of the process.
Notice for cancellation
There are no cancellation fees. Cancellations require 30 days notice and must be submitted via the form on our Members Page.

Once a membership has been canceled, any new memberships will be subject to price changes in accordance with the current membership rates.
Fees
No setup fees – ever.
Just simple, low transaction costs:

Direct debit: $0.35 + 1% per payment

Credit card: $0.35 + 1.75% per payment
You can update or change your payment details anytime through the fitbox app.
Heads up:

If a direct debit fails, a $6 fee is automatically added to cover bank charges.

Credit card payments will retry daily for up to 6 days, so no need to worry if there’s a short delay.
