Ready to get started with CF HAAPU?
Awesome! And congratulations on making this decision to commit to your own health and fitness. Here are the steps to getting started at CrossFit Haapu…
01. Enjoy our FREE session to see if CrossFit is for you. If you’re new to CrossFit we encourage you to attend our Wednesday or Thursday classes. If you’ve done CrossFit before you’re welcome to jump into any of our classes throughout the day.
02. Attend your session! Here is where we like to get to know you and find out how you move. This is a scaled back and very achievable introduction to CrossFit.
03. OPTION 1: “LEARN THE ROPES”: Complete our Foundations Program (2x 1h session $45.00 each). Here you will be assisted 1-1 with a coach to guide you through the foundational movements and skills used in CrossFit classes, putting you on the road to success! These are by appointment only.
OPTION 2: “READY TO ROLL “Hungry for more? Join our classes with a membership or ease into it with personal coaching sessions. If you have completed the Beginners’ classes or if you’re an experienced CrossFit athlete then you are ready to join ALL of our regular classes. Visit our Membership page for great membership options and fill out the Registration form.
