CrossFit Haapu is not your normal gym. We encourage everyone… busy professionals, mums, our older population and athletes to develop personalised levels of fitness. We do this through constantly varied functional movements, fundamental strength and conditioning programs that are designed to create the best version of yourself.
The community aspect of CrossFit Haapu is our greatest strength. At CF Haapu we are supportive, positive and eager for you to learn… not just how to become fitter and stronger but better humans. Come in and make it the best hour of your day… We are an extended family!
Why do we believe CrossFit works?
CrossFit eliminates routine and challenges you each and every session to strive to be the best that YOU can be. It’s designed for universal scalability, it differs by degree NOT kind. It is suitable for everyone, from your mums and dads who want to run around with their kids, to grandparents looking to function well for ADL’s (Activities of Daily Living) or the firebreathers of their sport looking for athletic development.
Making it the perfect form of fitness for anyone committed to becoming the best version of themselves, CrossFit is great for developing a broad base of fitness. Rather than working muscles in isolation, CrossFit workouts involve the entire body, a method that gets results much quicker than traditional programs.
